Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Subcontracts Closeout Admin to coordinate and execute administrative, contractual, financial, and regulatory closeout activities in accordance with FAR/DFARS and contract requirements. This temporary role works with Finance, Contracts, and Compliance to ensure all obligations are fulfilled and documented prior to final closeout.

The position entails managing a high volume of closeout actions, maintaining accuracy, and preparing reports and forecasts for closeout

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, supply chain, or government contracting experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with document management systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract closeout actions from initiation to final closure per FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Verify compliance and completion of contractual deliverables and financial obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors for required closeout documentation.
• Ensure audit-ready subcontract files with necessary documentation.
