The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years in federal contracting closeout, plus PRISM experience and strong IT/communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of federal contracting closeout experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract closeout processes and procedures.
• Experience with PRISM and NIH IT programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collect and gather materials for contract closeout activities with NIH staff.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate contract closeout.
• Communicate with NIH Contracting Officer’s Representative and NIH staff.
• Train staff in PRISM Contract system and NIH IT programs.
• Audit contract files for complete closeout and maintain status records.
