J.Crew is seeking a stylist who serves as a key brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and helping customers discover their personal style. You will drive store profitability through personalized styling, wardrobing, and leveraging loyalty programs.

You’ll work to build authentic relationships, host events, and stay current with fashion trends, while meeting schedule demands including nights, weekends and holidays. Competitive base pay and generous discounts support your performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling and delivering personalized service.
• Ability to meet sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion.
• Comfort building relationships with new and existing clients.
