Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling and delivering personalized service.
• Ability to thrive in a results-driven retail environment.
• Strong interest in fashion trends and local style scene.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.
• Build lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience and meet service expectations.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events via community networking.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends and local community interests.
• Share product feedback and ideas with management.
