J.Crew is seeking a Stylist to be the store's key brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and generating genuine connections. You will drive profitability through personal styling and product expertise across the team.

The role emphasizes one-to-one clienteling, relationship-building, and in-store events, with a focus on staying current with fashion trends and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Stays up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Exhibits teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in tasks.
• Innovates and solves problems while navigating uncertainty.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Excel in incentive-based styling programs by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Serve as brand ambassador and product expert, driving incremental sales.
• Leverage customer profiles and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.
• Build lasting relationships through authentic, personalized clienteling.
• Deliver best-in-class styling experiences per service expectations.
• Know store neighborhood events, local influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events via community outreach.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local interests.
• Share product feedback and ideas with management.
