Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Passion for our brand, customers, and teams.
• Keeps up with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrates teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy in tasks.
• Implements new ideas while navigating uncertainty with problem-solving.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Excel in incentive-based styling programs by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be brand ambassador and product expert to drive incremental sales.
• Use in-store relationships, profiles, and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.
• Build lasting client relationships through authentic, personalized interactions.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience per service standards.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, and local influencers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events via networking and outreach.
• Stay informed about competitors and local trends.
• Share product feedback with management.
