Job summary

J.Crew seeks a Stylist to be a key brand ambassador delivering outstanding customer service and driving store profitability. You’ll help customers express their authentic style through personalized clienteling and product expertise.

You will build relationships, host events, and stay current with fashion trends while collaborating with a team to meet service and sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Exhibit teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in tasks.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Meet SPH and KPI goals in the styling program.
• Act as brand ambassador and product expert to drive sales.
• Use customer profiles and loyalty program to attract clients.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized clienteling.
• Deliver best-in-class styling experiences per training.
• Know the store neighborhood, events, and local influencers.
• Host appointments and events via community outreach.
• Stay informed about competitors and trends.
• Share product feedback with management.
