Job summary

J.Crew in Massachusetts is seeking a Stylist to act as a key brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and driving store profitability through personalized styling.

You will engage clients with one-to-one interactions, build loyalty through relationships, and excel in an incentive-based styling program while staying attuned to local fashion trends and community events.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Passion for the brand, customers and teams.
• Keeps up with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrates teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in tasks.
• Innovates and adapts with strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Act as brand ambassador and product expert to drive incremental sales.
• Use in-store relationships and loyalty program data to attract and retain clients.
• Build meaningful, personalized client relationships and clienteling.
• Provide a best-in-class styling experience in line with service expectations.
• Know the store’s neighborhood, events and local influencers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking.
• Stay informed about competitors and local trends.
• Share product feedback and ideas with management.
