J.Crew is seeking a stylist to act as a key brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and driving store profitability. You will leverage product expertise to build loyal client connections and contribute to a culture of personal style among the team.

You will identify opportunities for incremental sales through wardrobing, customer profiling, and the loyalty program while hosting in-store events and cultivating relationships with the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience with one-to-one clienteling is required.
• Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Keeps up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrates teamwork, flexibility and courteous interactions.
• Scheduling availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
