• Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling.

• Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales per hour and KPI targets in the styling program.
• Act as brand ambassador and product expert to drive incremental sales.
• Use customer profiles and loyalty program to attract and retain clients.
• Develop lasting client relationships through personalized styling and clienteling.
• Deliver premium styling experiences per training and service standards.
• Know local neighborhood events, influencers, and style-makers.
