Madewell is seeking a dedicated Stylist in San Francisco to act as the store's brand ambassador and product expert. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Exhibit teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty with strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, driving incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships and loyalty data to attract and retain clients.
• Build meaningful relationships through authentic clienteling and personalized service.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience and uphold service standards from training.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, local influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events via community networking and local marketing.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local community interests.
• Share product feedback and ideas with store management.
