Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Part-time Stylist at our New York store to be a brand ambassador and trusted fashion advisor. You will deliver outstanding customer service, build genuine client connections through one-to-one clienteling, and drive sales with product passion across the team.

You will stay current with fashion trends, engage the local community for events and outreach, and host appointments while meeting incentive-based KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Passion for fashion and brand.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program and meet SPH and KPI goals.
• Be brand ambassador & product expert, driving incremental sales.
• Build relationships using client profiles and the loyalty program.
• Host appointments and in-store events through community networking.
• Share product feedback with management.
