Madewell seeks a Stylist to be a key brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service that fosters loyal connections and drives store profitability. You’ll help customers find their authentic style while spreading product passion across the team.

You’ll excel in an incentive-based styling program, build lasting client relationships, leverage loyalty profiles and events, and provide a best-in-class styling experience aligned with training expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling is preferred.
• Strong passion for brand and customers.
• Ability to stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in executing tasks.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Excel in incentive-based styling program by meeting sales per hour and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships, customer profiles, and the loyalty program to attract and retain clients.
• Build lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience while following service expectations from training.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, local influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking and college outreach.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local community interests.
• Share product feedback and insights with management.
