Job summary

Madewell in Washington state seeks a stylist to embody personal style and product passion, delivering outstanding customer service and forging genuine connections. You’ll master our products, empower customers' authentic expression, and contribute to the store’s profitability.

As a key brand ambassador, you’ll meet sales goals, build client relationships, and participate in local events and community outreach while staying current with fashion trends and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Passion for brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Excel in incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be brand ambassador and product expert; drive incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Use in-store relationships, customer profiles, and loyalty program to attract and retain clients.
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver best-in-class styling experience; adhere to service expectations.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, artists, local influencers and style-makers.
• Uncover and execute events through community networking and local marketing.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends, and local community interests.
• Share product feedback and ideas with management team.
