Job summary

Madewell, part of J.Crew Group (JCG), is hiring stylists to serve as the store's main brand ambassadors and to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage product knowledge and clienteling to drive sales and foster genuine connections with clients.

You will be an integral part of a team focused on fashion trends, customer service excellence, and community engagement, including in-store events and local marketing outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships and loyalty program to attract and retain clients.
• Build lasting client relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience while following service expectations.
