Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and keep the store visually appealing. You will help maintain product availability, pricing, and signage while delivering a friendly, helpful guest experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy fashion, stay energized in a fast-paced environment, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service skills at Target stores.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple frequency devices and use scanners.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales and inventory data to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides for customer experience.
• Maintain floor readiness through priority and merchandising fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to create an inspiring shopping journey.
