Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor, manage fitting rooms, and maintain compelling store visuals. You will help drive sales, provide excellent guest service, and work with the team to keep the floor stocked, signed, and ready for shoppers.

The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude, the ability to work nights and weekends, and physical stamina for a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signing.
• Utilize store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor, and locate items as needed.
• Set visuals and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising tasks.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to assist guest requests.
• Assist with price changes and signing execution as directed.
• Welcome guests at the fitting rooms and greet them during daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a safe, compliant store environment.
