Job summary

Target is recruiting a Style Consultant to support guests with product needs, maintain a welcoming store environment, and uphold visual merchandising standards. You will help customers on the sales floor and in the fitting room, assist with stock, and contribute to a fast-paced team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor using visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Sort truck freight, stock the floor, and manage backroom organization.
• Maintain fitting rooms and support guest services like pickup and Drive-Up.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
