Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to greet guests and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will help maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing sales floor and assist guests with product selection and sizing while upholding Target’s standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, active role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and a guest-first attitude. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and compliant service.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying informed about assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup while complying with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and addressing needs.
