Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, maintain a vibrant, organized sales floor, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help guests find the right styles, manage stock, and support merchandising with a friendly, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Assist guests with product knowledge and locating items.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and stock merchandise as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience.
• Maintain fitting rooms and support backroom replenishment and guest requests.
