Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to engage guests, maintain an inviting sales floor, and support visual merchandising that reflects the season's styles and brand guidelines. You will greet guests, assist with fitting rooms, and help ensure product availability while providing friendly service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with lifting up to 15 pounds and frequent movement around the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push stock to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom areas.
• Set up visual displays and maintain merchandising guides to support guest experience.
