Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests find the right products and enjoy an inviting shopping experience. You will maintain the floor, set up visual merchandising displays, and support guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

This role emphasizes strong operations, customer engagement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail business basics including inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Knowledge of apparel and accessories to guide guest selections.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, physical retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor and attractive visual displays.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and replenish inventory to keep products available.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with price changes and signing.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and support checkout and pickup duties.
