Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the sales floor, mentor associates, and deliver a high-touch client experience. You will drive personal sales, manage client relationships, and support store operations, including opening/closing duties.

The role offers an hourly base pay with commissions up to 3% on personal sales and potential to 4% based on store performance, plus benefits and clothing allowances.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects the Veronica Beard experience.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and proactively generating business.
• Build, maintain and engage an active client book through outreach and events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, and styling to drive sales.
• Stay current on fashion trends and help clients build coordinated wardrobes.
• Mentor Sales Associates through team selling and coaching on selling and clienteling.
• Open and close the store as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
• Follow visual and brand standards and support floor sets.
