Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through strong guest service, compelling visual merchandising, and energized in-store experiences. You will set up floor presentations, price signage, and furnish an inviting shopping atmosphere while meeting guests’ needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

Responsibilities include driving sales, leveraging store tools to analyze inventory, and maintaining a guest-ready floor.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail business basics including sales trends, inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort freight, replenish floor and keep backrooms organized and accessible.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support cashier duties, pickup and drive-up services as needed.
