Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests with fashion needs while maintaining an inviting, well-merchandised store environment. You will help guests find items, explain product details, and ensure the floor remains visually compelling and fully stocked.

You will drive sales through knowledgeable service, assist with in-store services such as fitting rooms and pickup, and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to monitor sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Remerchandise and replenish merchandise to keep floors stocked and appealing.
• Assist guests with fitting rooms, pickup, Drive-Up, and other services while upholding safety and compliance.
