Target is seeking a Style Consultant who will welcome guests, support with in-store presentations, and keep the floor replenished and inviting. You will help guests find the right sizes and styles, answer questions, and maintain merchandise presentation on the sales floor and fitting room areas.

The role emphasizes guest experience, collaboration with team members, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak times, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Understand sales and inventory trends using store tools.
• Sort truck freight and place merchandise on the floor.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with fills.
• Backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price changes with signage and merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and returning items to the sales floor.
• Uphold safety and company policies.
