Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, priced accurately, and clearly presented. You will assist guests with product knowledge, offer warm service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You will also use store tools like handheld scanners and POS systems, support backroom organization, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven store culture focused on a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales, inventory, and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to maintain an inspiring shopping experience.
