Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a strong guest experience through excellent service, merchandising, and product knowledge.

You will participate in visual presentations, pricing, and promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment, collaborating with team members, and supporting checkout and backroom processes to ensure an inspiring shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, stock the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing fills and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and assist with guest requests and fulfillment.
