Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering an exceptional shopping experience with focused product knowledge and friendly, helpful service. You will support easy self-discovery, maintain floor presentation, and assist with price changes and replenishment while adhering to safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners or other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of staying focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by adhering to visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort and move freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor presence through priority and merchandising fills.
• Assist with backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes through proper merchandising and signing.
