Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests discover style and joy in everyday life. You will support a guest-first culture, maintain visual merchandising, and assist with fitting rooms and checkout tasks.

Ideal candidates communicate well, work well in a fast-paced store, and are flexible to shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build skills in guest service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Open to a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with inspiring displays and accurate signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, providing excellent service.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is available and properly priced.
