Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is visually appealing, fully stocked, accurately priced, and easy to shop. You will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience with energetic engagement and brand-aligned merchandising.

You will drive sales, support merchandise flow, and maintain a clean, organized environment while upholding safety policies and providing exceptional guest service throughout your shift.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and keeping the floor stocked and signed.
• Assist guests and use store tools to understand sales, inventory and support guest needs.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure merchandise is accessible and replenished.
