Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of shopping and maintain a visually appealing, well-stocked salesfloor. You will engage with guests, support backroom operations, and ensure accurate pricing and signage to deliver a compelling shopping experience.

The role emphasizes strong operations, guest-first service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the salesfloor based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support backroom organization to facilitate replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
