WeightWatchers is seeking a Field Team Coach/Guide to engage members and drive program participation across studio locations. You will deliver workshops, build community connections, recruit new members, and support behavior change coaching.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours and a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates should be comfortable traveling within the territory and connecting with members online and in person, promoting WW’s wellness-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness; either a WW member or eager to become one.
• Excellent active listening to assist members.
• Experienced at facilitating a group.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.
