Job summary

WeightWatchers is hiring Field Team Coaches to engage members and deliver workshops at local Studio locations. You’ll drive behavior change, build community connections, and promote WW products while working flexible hours in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes member recruitment and retention, delivering coaching, and representing WW at community events. Travel within the territory is expected, with a focus on creating an inclusive, supportive member journey.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness; current WW member or willing to join.
• Excellent active listening to support members.
• Experience facilitating group sessions is preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community, seek on-brand partnerships, and create brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing support and tools.
• Deliver behavior change coaching, respond to posts with purpose, and welcome new members.
