Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants and deliver behavior change coaching. You will lead workshop experiences, foster community connections and represent WW at events.

Candidates should be passionate about wellness, skilled in active listening, and able to travel to workshop locations within the territory. Flexible, part-time scheduling is offered in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation ability.
• Passion for wellness and openness to being a WW member.
• Excellent active listening skills to assist members.
• Experience facilitating groups preferred.
• Ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong community connections and represent WW at events to attract members and raise brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing tools for success.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by supporting reflection, problem-solving and action planning for new members.
