Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking energetic Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, deliver the weekly behavior-change curriculum, and help build a welcoming in-person studio presence across our US locations.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours, opportunities to recruit new members, and to share WW programs and products while fostering community and healthy habits. Travel to workshop locations within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness and WW member or eager to become one.
• Excellent at active listening.
• Experienced at facilitating a group.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing them the support, tools or products they need to be successful.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported—respond to members’ posts with purpose, encouraging reflection and action.
