Job summary

WeightWatchers is recruiting Field Team Coaches and Guides to support members at our Studio locations with a flexible, part-time schedule.

You will deliver the weekly behavior change curriculum, engage the community, recruit new members, and promote WW products while building brand awareness at local events. A focus on listening, connection, and helping members achieve wellness goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creation experience.
• Genuine passion for wellness and alignment with WW values.
• Strong active listening and customer support skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions or workshops.
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Seeking a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community on social platforms and seek partnerships to attract new members and raise brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships and providing tools or WW products.
• Deliver behavior change coaching; respond to members' posts with purpose and help them reflect, learn, and create action plans.
