Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a motivated Field Team Coach/Guide to engage members, recruit new participants, and support product sales across studio locations in the United States. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with hybrid work and travel within the territory.

You will deliver the weekly behavior-change curriculum, build community connections, and coach members toward sustainable healthy habits, while representing WW at events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and/or content creation experience.
• Passionate about wellness and open to being a WW member.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating group discussions or workshops preferred.
• Able to travel to WW studio locations within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and guide members through the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at events and partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and support tools.
• Deliver behavior-change coaching by listening, guiding reflection, and helping members create action plans.
