WeightWatchers is seeking Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales at WW Studio locations with flexible hours.

Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by guiding the weekly behavior-change curriculum and building brand awareness through community events.

Travel to workshop locations within your territory, connect online and offline, and help members achieve wellness goals with supportive coaching and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy with ability to engage members online.
• Excellent active listening to support members.
• Experience facilitating group sessions.
• Able to travel to WW workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.
