Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking energetic Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new members, and deliver the weekly behavior change curriculum at WW Studio locations. This is a flexible, part-time role with a hybrid work environment designed to support work-life balance.

You will build community connections, support member goals, and represent WW at events while traveling to workshop locations within the territory.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and content creation abilities.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions is preferred.
