Zusammenfassung

WeightWatchers is seeking Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales while offering flexible hours. You will deliver workshops and support members with behavior-change tools, in a hybrid work environment across WW Studio locations in the United States.

Ideal candidates are social media savvy, great listeners, and comfortable traveling to workshop sites. Prior WW experience is a plus for this dynamic, wellness-focused role.

Qualifikationen

• Social media savvy and content creation skills.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Experience facilitating groups or workshops is a plus.
• Genuine interest in wellness and helping others succeed.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and guide members through the weekly behavior-change curriculum at WW Studio locations.
• Build strong community connections and represent WW at events, both in-person and online.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing tools for success.
• Deliver behavior-change coaching by listening, reflecting, problem-solving and guiding actions.
