Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to join our store leadership team in New York. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual execution to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

You will lead a team to maintain flow, analyze performance data, manage budgets and reporting with the General Manager, and ensure we communicate who we are and why we do what we do to visitors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with GM to elevate gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead a team with accountability, coaching, and talent development.
