Job summary

ALO seeks a Visual Manager to join our store leadership team. You will drive visual and product strategy, oversee floor presentation, restock/destock, and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times while moving across the sales floor and back of house.

You will lead the Visual team, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and collaborate with the General/Store Manager to align brand standards with business goals. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising and ensure restock/destock aligns with directives.
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapt to business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations.
