Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-changing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with the GM.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive deliveries and manage schedules.
• Support a safe, efficient work environment and store operations.
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager.
