Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to lead store visual merchandising and product presentation as part of the store leadership team. The role focuses on planning, analytics, and execution to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

You will oversee visual processes, drive standards, and manage a team while partnering with the General Manager on budgets, KPIs, and forecasting. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic with time management and personal accountability
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes
• Leverage business performance data to maintain strong visual standards
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising changes per directive
• Plan visual floor changes within payroll and business needs
• Own visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels
