Job summary

Studs in Tampa, FL is seeking a Studio Supervisor to lead daily Studio operations, act as a trusted keyholder, and maintain a consistent brand experience. This non-managerial role requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example.

You will open/close the Studio, support floor leadership during peak times, and guide team members toward delivering exceptional service while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with opening/closing duties.
• Available to work up to 5 days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required; full-time commitment to Studs.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability and sound judgment.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently following procedures.
• Supports visual merchandising, stock restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Assists on daily business and implements strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and brand standards compliance.
