Job summary

ALO is seeking aStore Manager in Hawaii to own and grow the store’s business. You will lead Sales, Operations, and Visual teams, drive profitability, and foster a productive, inclusive work environment aligned with our mission.

You will oversee staffing, merchandising, and daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and meeting KPI targets. Requires 5+ years retail leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead a team and drive store performance.
• Proven track record in sales growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.

Responsibilities
