ALO is seeking a Store Manager in Newport Beach, CA to act as a co owner of their store and drive profitability through Sales, Operations and Visual leadership. You will develop local strategies, manage schedules and mentor a diverse team while upholding ALO’s mission and principles.

The role requires 5+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay with full benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store retail strategies and lead the team.
• Oversee Sales, Operations and Visual Managers to ensure KPI targets.
• Champion visual standards and perform data-driven business reviews.
• Create a growth environment with coaching, training and succession planning.
• Build internal and external talent pipelines and manage labor effectively.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and brand culture.
