Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership approach.
• Ability to lead across Sales, Operations and Visual teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store's retail strategies.
