Job summary

ALO is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop all aspects of the store’s business, creating a positive, productive environment aligned with our mission. You will drive sales, profitability, merchandising standards and manage a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team.

This role requires proven retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into action. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain store

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives and strategies to meet sales goals.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.
• Champion visual standards for the salesfloor and ensure a safe, efficient operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals.
• Create and implement effective communication strategies throughout the store.
• Establish internal and external talent pipelines through succession planning and recruitment.
